Getting Past Alerts

Good afternoon,
I was wondering if it is possible to get historical alerts data from the V3 API, or if it only possible to see the current alerts. As far as I can tell it isn't possible to get information on past alerts, but I may be wrong as I am a bit new to working with APIs.
