Hi Everyone,
Do you know of anyone that might be able to help us with a sample of a risk assessment to decide on what happens to a sterile product once it leaves the MDRD (aka “SPD “) and then returned still wrapped?

Quick question do you or do you know of anyone who would have a Risk Assessment tool already created that deals with items that have left MDRD for the OR and/or Nursing Units and are returned unused?
