FW: Medtronic loaner sets

Hi Everyone,

 

Medtronic’s letter to hospitals that use their loaner instrument sets….it states:

 

6.)  OSHA regulations require that the set(s) be cleaned and sterilized by the hospital prior to returning them to Medtronic Spinal and Biologics.

 

So how many places do this?

Do you have to wrap them, or can you just put them on a sterilizer cart and run a load that way?
