I birded from 1:17-4:10. The Dickcissel was seen from the path, under the telephone wires near the wooden footbridge. It was calling frequently as well. Suddenly, a Peregrine flew in, and the bird hid for a while, then flew off. After that, it was a no-show and a no-hear.
