Subjecct: Fauna in Westport and Dartmouth

Yesterday we saw the following birds of interest in the
Westport/Dartmouth area.

1 Purple Sandpiper On rocks at Acoaxet
23 Great Egrets in the marsh at Allens Pond
4 Horned Lark in the wrack off the Beach Loop at Allens Pond
7 Yellow-rumped Warblers at Allens Pond
3 Common Ravens at the pig farm on Division Rd in Dartmouth where there
were also a number of Black and Turkey Vultures.

Also I counted 6 Monarchs, 1 Cabbage White and 1 Clouded Sulfur in
coastal Westport and at
Allens Pond I counted 7 Monarchs, 2 Cabbage Whites, and 1 Clouded
Sulfur.
