Subject: Yellow-bellied Sapsucker at Newton Cemetery


Whilst looking unsuccessfully for the Barnacle Goose, I heard the call
of a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker. I had actually exited the cemetery and
was walking on the sidewalk just at the edge of the cemetery and
library. I reentered the cemetery and followed the call sound down
Willow Ave. until I found the juvenile bird. It was moving around.
