DCR CLOSING LANES INTERMITTENTLY ALONG THE JAMAICAWAY
TO ACCOMMODATE IMPROVEMENTS
AT ELIOT STREET INTERSECTION
WHAT: Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) crews will be making
improvements to the intersection of the Jamaicaway and Eliot Street in
Jamaica Plain. During the work, lanes will be closed intermittently in
both directions between Pond Street and Kelly Circle (at the Arborway).
Drivers may experience delays.
The improvements are part of the Jamaica Plain Access Project, a joint
project between DCR and the Emerald Necklace Conservancy to improve safety
and accessibility at several intersections along the Emerald Necklace.
