Karen works as Vera Montello's accountant and bodyguard, amongst other things. Becoming Vera's guardian angel dramatically changed Karen's life. Watching over the old lady means using firepower more often than she had expected, but fortunately, she is specialized in firearms. In a life of crime, her kind of skills can lead to a huge payout in the end.
At some point in the game, Karen tells Jason Malone about her difficult past, which was hard for her to forget about. She mentions her mother had left her father and ran away with an Elvis impersonator when Karen was just three years old and how she was solely raised by her father, who was a policeman working against the Mafia. Mr. Olsen taught Karen how to shoot and use firearms and sought to unveil corruption within the ranks of the LVPD, but was killed in an alleyway by a gang of thugs.
Karen first appears in the first mission ("Down in the Fourth" when Jason's car irammed by one of Frank's thugs shortly after his fight against Pietro Holston. The thug gets out of his vehicle and attempts to execute Jason, but is run over by Karen's D340, killing him. She introduces herself as the accountant of Vera, whom Jason had called for help during the chase. Karen helps him get out of the car and they escape the rest of Frank's thugs.
After this, Jason and Karen do some jobs against Veliano together, such as taking out his thugs and attacking his construction site. At some point, Frank, his right-hand man Benny, and some gangsters attack Vera's strip club. Karen is wounded by a bullet piercing during the shootout. She and Vera are covered by Jason in order to leave the club, while Jason himself is captured by Veliano and forced into working for him.
Jason and Karen keep in touch over the phone. After some time has passed, Jason and Benny burn down a trailer park where members of the Huevos are hanging out. Benny talks about a "package" that they have to retrieve. While Jason takes down the Huevos, Benny puts the "package" in the trunk of Jason's car. After they have met up again, they drive to the spot where they are supposed to meet Frank. During the ride, Jason notices that the "package" is a human, and it turns out to be Karen after they have met with Frank. Frank had Karen kidnapped in order to blackmail Vera Montello into delivering herself to him so that he could kill her and take over her territory.
With the help of E-Man, Jason manages to detect Karen's position. They find out that she is being held at Frank's casino and so Jason, E-Man, and Vera break into the casino in order to free Karen. They find her on the helipad being held by Benny, who threatens to kill her. Eventually, they manage to free Karen.
After Vera's suicide and the other three's escape, Karen tells Jason that Frank has confessed that he was the one behind Mr. Olsen's death, making Karen keen on killing Veliano. They reclaim Vera's strip club and do some more missions against Veliano, during one of which Karen is eventually heard kissing Jason in his car before they drive off. At some point, they rescue Benny, who has been arrested and is about to be killed by Veliano mobsters, and bring him over on their side. After causing chaos at Veliano's residence and leading the press to this case, Karen, along with E-Man and Benny, helps Jason turn Goodman against Veliano.

No hand held cameras or phones allowed, unless a Media Pass is purchased for $75.00. A Media pass allows you and your guests to take photos or videos, from their seats, during the ceremony only. After the ceremony is over, it is a closed photo session.
Candid photos are the photos taken during the ceremony. Posed photos are photos taken after the ceremony. Photos included in your wedding package can only be selected from the Candid photos. All photos are available for purchase.
In addition, a Minister/Officiant Fee will be added to all Wedding and Vow Renewal Packages. This fee is separate from, and in addition to, the cost of your package and will automatically be included in the package costs. The fee amount is based on the venue and package selected and will typically range from $40 to $80. You are welcome and encouraged to provide an additional donation or gratuity on the day of services. This additional donation/gratuity can be given directly to your Minister/Officiate or added to your Wedding costs, commensurate with the services received.
