In Memoriam - Robert Vollkommer

Dear Chamber Members,

I just wanted to inform the Chamber and members who might've known him, about the passing of a past-member from some years ago, Robert Vollkommer.  I received a phone call from his son today notifying of his passing and asking me to share with the Maspeth community.

For those that remember, Bob Vollkommer worked at State Bank of Long Island down by the MTA Bus depot in western Maspeth.  He was a Chamber member and Maspeth Lions Club member and pretty active during his years working here in Maspeth.  He lived out on Long Island and kind of became inactive once he retired from working here in Maspeth.

Bob died on April 11th and was cremated.  There is a memorial service scheduled and that information is below:

DATE:   Saturday June 22nd 

TIME:   3pm to 5pm

LOCATION:   Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, 125 Hillside Ave, New Hyde Park, NY 11040
