***A few important reminders***

Incase you may have forgotten there are a couple documents that need
to be turned in to IFC. First and foremost the Academic plans for your
chapters are due by 5 pm today. Please e-mail these to
sean.h...@gmail.com ASAP. This was stated in the meeting as well as
put in the minutes so this should come as no surprise to anyone.
Secondly, Saturday is the IFC philanthropy at the Sunrise Retirement
Home. It is mandatory that each chapter have at least three members
attend this event. Please e-mail the names of who is going for your
chapter to emorr...@gmail.com. Remember we will be meeting at 12:15
on Saturday at Liberty Square to go to this event. Finally, I hope
everyone as had a great rush week this semester. More importantly,
chapter rosters are now due so that IFC dues can be sent out. Also the
rosters are needed to check eligibility for intramural sports. These
rosters should include names, e-mail addresses, as well as G numbers.
You can e-mail them to me at tommy...@gmail.com. Going along with
dues is the issue of a budget. A budget will be presented at the next
IFC meeting since today's meeting was cancelled. I hope everyone
enjoys their time off from classes due to the snow and please be sure
to get in all necessary documents in to IFC. Thank you.
