URGENT HIGH COURT HEARING TOMORROW.

High Court Action , Tuesday 15th December 10.00 a.m.

This evening we have heard that we will get an urgent hearing
tomorrow in the High Court following action we have launched today to
ask that Judge Thompson recuse himself from the case. This is an
unprecedented action, not taken lightly by the Society, but a course
that we feel we must follow . All supporters are invited to attend the
High Court , Waterloo Quadrant, Auckland City at 10.00 a.m on
TOMORROW . Please check the court schedule for the court room details.

This is scheduled to be followed by the recommencement of the
Environment Court hearing at the Environment Court , 3 Kingston St at
midday.
The second hearing is in room 8.2 on the 8th floor. You may leave and
enter at any time, as long as you are quiet and don't interrupt the
proceedings. We had a very good turnout today, standing room only and
if the case proceeds would like to repeat this each day this week
Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday.

three glorious days up the hot North, is hotter than little Devonport, but beautiful place. :)
