The North Shore Times published a front page story on Friday,
announcing that a Patuone descendant has lodged a grievance claim
against the Masonic Tavern land with the Waitangi Tribunal . For the

Yes,
read it on Friday,
very interesting eh..And soon it will BOTH the Tavern and its land, and ALL OF Mt Victoria
and its land (see NZ Herald Feb 2), owned by local iwi. :)..I loved the idea of having a museum within
the tavern to educate the Whites. :)
