Dear members and supporters

We urgently need a large show of support at the Environment Court
hearing which starts at 10.00 a.m on Monday 14 th December.
Members may not be aware that we not only have the Environment Court
case but also two appeals in the High Court. Due to the Environment
Court judges decision based on Mr Casey CQ’s arguments at a judicial
conference, a fundamental part of our evidence has been disallowed.
We feel that this undermines the chance of having a fair hearing and
have felt it necessary to appeal this decision to the High Court. In
our view it would be unjust to proceed in these circumstances, which
seem partly a mechanism to clear the Court slate before the holidays.
To show your support for the continued existence of the Masonic ,
please come to the Environment Court, Kingston St Auckland City, (next
entrance from the District Court) ready for the 10 am start this
coming Monday.


Garage sale

The garage sale is on again on Saturday 12th December starting at 8
a.m. at the big shed in Beaconsfield St. Everything must go to raise
funds for the fight , almost everything is no more than a buck*
