CJ, Paul, Elizabeth, and Matt,

Please meet with Ryan before Wednesday and find out how we can resolve this.

The total officials costs are:
$260.26 -- Chief Referee
$186.68 -- Chief Judge
$140.00 -- Assistant Ref/Judge
--------------------------------
$586.94 -- Total

Covers 4 x Collegiate events and 2 x Open events that has to be paid on or before 2pm on Sunday, September 11th, 2016.

I will cover 1/2 of the officials amount of $293.47 -- Mason Cycling Club needs to cover $293.47
But if I cover the entire amount on race day, I need to know how I will be reimbursed.

I believe there are four ways to accomplish this:

1. Subtract up to $293.47 for any race day registration fees for collegiate riders.
2. Have GMU Recreation provide a check on Sunday in the amount of $293.47
3. Mason Cycling can have an alumni provide the amount of $293.47 to Reckoneer, and I will pay the full amount on Sunday.
4. Mason Cycling can have a sponsor provide the amount of $293.47 to Reckoneer, and I will pay the full amount on Sunday.

Cheers,
Kyle

CJ and company,

When are we having your pre-event meeting for this event?

There is no way we will have a check for them for this weekend. The club's officers should know how this process would work to get the officials paid or get someone reimbursed for it. If not, it's in their online training videos.
