Morning Mason Riders,
Just 24 hours until our race! I need the status of the following:
1. Who has physicals done... who does not?
2. Who is coming tomorrow (Sat)... morning and Sun morning?
3. Who besides Matt is attending this training (see below)?
Cheers,
Kyle
Hello Cycling,Here is the current status of your club's Safety Officers. As of today, your club is NOT eligible for any on athletic activities. This means not hosting your races this weekend. You were made aware of this requirement last season and this message has been conveyed at least 4 times, including at the in person training. If you are able to get one certified officer for this weekend, we will allow you to host your event. The fact that an Athletic Trainer will be present does not absolve your club from this requirement, as this requirement is consistent for all clubs. If Matt Bishop attends the RM/EAP training tomorrow, you are temporarily good to go.Your Safety Officer's current status is listed below:Green is fully certifiedBlue is eligible, but missing BBPRed is not eligibleThe first date column is CPR/AED/First Aid certification date. It must be within 2 years. The second date column is RM/EAP certification date. The third date column is BBP certification date.If your members only need to complete Club Sports Risk Management/Emergency Action Plan training, there is one final time this month to have it completed (there have been NINE opportunities to do this training): Friday, September 11 at noon in the RAC Conference Room.If you have any questions, please let me know.If your members have things to email me (like certification cards) please let me know.If they completed their CPR/AED/First Aid certification through Mason Rec in the last 2 years, please let me know and I can attempt to verify.--
