A reminder that we have our Club Presidents' Council meeting tonight at 8pm in the RAC Classroom. 

We will also be conducting our elections for the 2017-18 ECCS. Only clubs in attendance are able to vote.

Hello Clubs and candidates,

As you know, we have our elections for the ECCS this Sunday, March 5th at our 8pm Presidents' Council Meeting. The meeting will be held in the RAC Classroom.

This year we have 10 candidates from 8 different clubs (Tennis, Football, Ice Hockey, Equestrian, W Soccer, W Ultimate, Quidditch, and Crew). Please find their ECCS applications in the attached PDF document for you and your club to review. The candidates are listed in no particular order (it was just the order that Merrissa opened the application emails).

All clubs in attendance (all clubs should have at least 1 representative at the meeting as this is a mandatory meeting) will receive 1 ballot. On the ballot all 10 candidates will be listed - each club can select up to 7 candidates they are voting for.

Candidates will also be given 2 minutes each to briefly address the Presidents' Council about their candidacy (and why they should vote for them) prior to the vote. ALL candidates should be in attendance for them to be taken seriously as a candidate.
