Please give me a heads up when the first meeting will take place so that we can discuss:

1. Team Kit Purchase

2. Current Account Balance

3. Sponsor Status

4. Which races the team will attend this season

5. Fall 2016 Officers

Hi guys,

A reminder that any coach who is returning  needs to have their membership to Recreation extended in order to get into the building. Please send me their name in order to do so.

We also need their Volunteer MOU and Coaching Contract in order to set them up with a membership.

If they need their parking pass extended, please also send me their car make, model, color, and plate #.
