Greetings Mason Riders,

Here is what we have so far:

1. Meeting tomorrow with Matt White at Fountainhead to go over the permit details @4pm

2. Meet with club members at the JC @ 5pm to go over plans for September 12-13 even, and for sending riders to the W&M Race on Sep 6-7.

3. Current Sub-Committee Members:

A. Conference, Officials, and Permits: Aidan and Kyle

B. Sponsorship and Funding: Aidan, Paul, and Leah

C. Venue Services and Support: CJ, Elizabeth, and Paul

E. Course Setup and Design: Matt and CJ

F. Podium Awards and Swag: Elizabeth and Michael

G. Staffing and Volunteers: Kyle, Aidan, and Dave

How are we doing on these assignments?

The meeting with the Fountainhead GM went well, but he canceled our Short Track course. So in its place, we will have a Time Trail (TT) and call it a SUPER-D. Fastest lap around GREEN.

We still need the Wakefield Permit filled out and submitted -- who is up for that?
