Selco Foundation has launched "In-Residence Programs" that offers opportunities to research scholars, NGO's, Entrepreneurs, Innovators and just about anyone who is interested to develop their ideas and goals within the broader umbrella of sustainable energy and energy efficiency. It is designed to be a collaborative platform where it shall facilitate innovation and interaction with relevant networks to address various kinds of problems. 

There are four programs that are launched:

1. Innovator in Residence.
2. Entrepreneur in Residence
3. NGO in Residence
4. Research in Residence.
