1.    Position: Cluster Coordinator

​​

Location: Mumbai 

 

Number of Positions: 2

​​

Description: A Cluster Coordinator is responsible for planning and monitoring Bright Future’s Education and Livelihood interventions which are implemented in Community (Youth Development and Training Center and Drama for Development Program) and School Program. He/She supervises and guides the Center In charges of multiple centers along with their teams to ensure that Bright Future’s objectives are met. The Cluster Coordinator also plays an instrumental role in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders like employers amongst many other for ensuring aspirants get industry exposure through internships and placements.

Compensation: 

​Minimum 30-35K per month and above based on relevant experience and skills

 

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

• Graduate/Masters in Social Work/Management/Entrepreneurship/Education 

• Good command on English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred) language 

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience of working in the field of Education and/or Livelihood and managing project teams

• Prior experience of engaging stakeholders at School and Community Level for improving the learning environment of adolescents and youth in the age group of 13 to 25 years

 

2.    Position: Centre Incharge

 

Number of Positions: 2

 

Location: Mumbai 

 

Description: A Centre Incharge is responsible for planning and monitoring Bright Future’s Education and Livelihood interventions which are implemented in Community (Youth Development and Training Center and Drama for Development Program) and School Program in a given area. He/She supervises and guides the team of Facilitators, Social Workers and Change Leaders at the center to ensure that Bright Future’s objectives are met. Centre Incharge interacts and engages stakeholders like Parents, Community Leaders, School Principals, Teachers, Volunteers, Mentors and Employers.

 

Compensation: 

​Minimum 20-25K per month and above based on relevant experience and skills

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

• Graduate/Masters in Social Work/Management/Education 

• Good command on English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred) language 

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience of working in the field of Education and/or Livelihood and managing project teams

• Prior experience of engaging stakeholders at School and Community Level for improving the learning environment of adolescents and youth in the age group of 13 to 25 years

 

3.    Position: Human Resources Manager

 

Number of Positions: 1

 

Location: Mumbai 

 

Description: A Human Resources Manager will be responsible to manage the end to end recruitment process for the organisation. Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.  

 

Compensation: 

​Minimum 35K per month and above based on relevant experience and skills

 

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

• Graduate/Masters in Social Work/Management/Human Resources 

• Good command on English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred) language 

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience of working in the field of Education and/or Livelihood

• Prior experience of designing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures preferably in Development Sector organisations

 

4.    Position: Operations Manager

 

Number of Positions: 1

 

Location: Mumbai 

 

Description: Operations Manager is responsible for planning, monitoring and reviewing Bright Future’s Education and Livelihood interventions which are implemented in Community (Youth Development and Training Center and Drama for Development Program) and School Program. He/She supervises and guides the Cluster Coordinators who manage multiple centers along with their teams to ensure that Bright Future’s objectives are met. The Operations Manager also plays an instrumental role in building and maintaining relationships with donors and also guiding the Cluster Coordinator for building relationships with new employers and schools.

 

Compensation: 

​Minimum 35K per month and above based on relevant experience and skills

 

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

• Graduate/Masters in Social Work/Management/Entrepreneurship/Education 

• Good command on English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred) language 

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience of working in the field of Education and/or Livelihood and managing project teams

5.    Position: Fundraising Manager

 

Number of Positions: 1

 

Location: Mumbai 

 

Description: Fundraising Manager will work with the core team and develop strategic and operational goals for Bright Future, make plan of action and execute the same. The manager will scout for and tap potential CSR Funding Sources, HNIs, PSUs, Institutional Funders and other sources who are interested to support interventions in Education and Livelihood sector. Developing proposals and pitching it to donors, donor engagement and planning and executing fundraising events will be some of the responsibilities of the manager.

 

Compensation: 

​Minimum 35K per month and above based on relevant experience and skills

 

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

• Graduate/Masters in Social Work/Management/Marketing/Communications 

• Good command on English, Hindi and Marathi (preferred) language 

• Minimum 2 years of experience of working in the field of Education and/or Livelihood in the function of Fund Raising

• Prior experience of designing and implementing Fundraising strategies, policies and procedures preferably in Development Sector organisations

I have joined Assam Society for Social Audit (ASSA), a newly formed Govt. of Assam society to conduct social audit in MGNREGA and others programs in last July.
