So, not much updates in my sweet little life other than to say New York
is sweating us all to death. I've been hanging out in my digs in
Brooklyn for the summer, and thank god for the AC.
(By the way, if you're in town, you should run over to Think Coffee.
It's this awesome (big! and not just for new york! i mean compared to
other coffee shops it's mammoth! there are pillars!) joint that my
friend jen helps to run over on mercer, between 3rd and 4th (NYU area).
We're starting up a little reading series in there, but she's also got
a music night, and scrabble tournaments, and by the way, really really
good coffee. I should know. I'm a coffee snob, except on teaching
days, when i pretty much sludge back anything that will keep me awake
through first period.)
