Digg search service

Hi Hazem,

I suggest adding the Digg search service to the mashups4jsf, so what
do you think ?. I can work on it as my first contribution if you
approve it. http://digg.com/api/docs/overview

Meanwhile I will try to get familiar with the code and share my
comments that we discussed together.

Hope that this project be my first contribution to the open source
community and through a wonderful group of developers that contribute.
