Dear friends and allies, We are excited to announce that The Greenlining Institute is now accepting applications for our 2023 - 2024 Leadership Academy.    The Greenlining Institute is cultivating the next generation of racial equity leaders as part of our mission to bring lasting, transformative change for communities of color. We are seeking passionate and driven individuals looking to join the next generation of racial equity leaders.  We are hiring for Fellows as well as Summer Associates across all issue areas including economic equity, climate equity, transformative communities, communications, and more!  Know someone who is changing the world and ready to join the Greenlining team? Our Fellowship program is an 11-month leadership development program for early-career professionals who desire hands-on policy and advocacy experience, and who have a passion for racial equity. We also offer an intensive 10-week Summer Associate training program for college students and early-career leaders who want to gain real-world policy experience and who want to invest in their professional growth. Program graduates go on to attend top law schools, lead non-profits organizations, and become leaders in the public and private sectors. Alumni join a network of 1,000+ professionals who are dedicated to overcoming today’s biggest challenges. In our 30th year, we are opening applications to accept more cohort members than ever before.
