Hi fellow MASD alums,

I'm excited to share that Unlock NYC (an org I co-founded after my MASD year) is hiring our first full-time role since our founding staff came together! The Rights Recorder Program Associate will work closely with me to support the day-to-day operations and growth strategy for our web app, which has helped over 1,000 low-income New Yorkers document housing discrimination, reverse illegal denials, contribute to large-scale investigations, and advocate for their own rights and the broader tenant movement from Housing Court to City Hall and beyond. Please take a look and apply and/or share with your networks to help us find our newest team member.

The application deadline is June 9, and the selected candidate will start this summer (ideally July or August). This is a great opportunity for someone excited to work at the intersection of design, technology, and housing justice.

If this role resonates with you, please consider applying! I'd also be really grateful if you could share the posting with your networks to help us get the word out.

Thank you so much!

Warmly,
Ashley (MASD '18)
