Test the new Maryland Unemployment Insurance website

Hi everyone,

I recently joined the Maryland Digital Service and have been helping to redesign Maryland's unemployment insurance website and exterior pages on the unemployment insurance portal.

We're looking for people to participate in 30-minute virtual usability sessions to test the new website and content. These are unpaid, but participation will make a considerable impact for future claimants.

If you have any experience applying for unemployment insurance benefits in Maryland and would like to participate, or know someone who might, we've created a sign up form and I'll reach out once we're ready to schedule.
