FLL Competition

Hi Everyone - wanted to touch base to see who's assisting at FLL
Competition this Sat. They need help setting up at Proctor School
Topsfield 6pm Friday.

Who are designated judges? They need to be at Proctor Fri 7pm to
learn the Board/comp sys.

We will be selling food Sat for your fundraiser. Have your parent call
me at 978-887-9810 to coordinate times that they are able to help out
with this.

You will need to be at Proctor on Sat by 8:45. Someone will need to
bring our Robot and equipment home Friday night to bring with them on
Sat to show.

So far for Masco I have Joey Nicky Josh Ben Ryan Cody and Alex are
confirmed to be there Fri and Sat. Mr Kurtz will be there on Sat.
Anyone else?

For the food sales, I have Maggie Judd and Carolyn Gaines 9-12:30.
Denise Aldridge and Danielle Enos 11:30-3. That way we 4 for the lunch
crowd.

Maggie, Denise and Danielle will bring coolers for Sat for drinks. If
it snows, we won't need to buy ice. If not, could you girls get ice in
am. They sell it downtown at convenience store. Anyone working in cafe
can enter parking lot behind Town Hall and walk to cafe door by
playground area.

Carl will be helping with competition, and I will be there off and on.

Alex's is giving us a discount on pizzas. Dunkin Donuts is giving us a
discount on donuts. I'm working on getting coffe at discount. The
Vogel's are getting Hoodsies for us. I'll pick up drinks and paper
goods today before storm hits.

Everyone do your rain dance per Jen so we don't have to shovel
anymore. Let ski country have it all. :o)

Hi Sue,

I got the word today that Masco cannot issue a check without either a
hardcopy of a quote or receipts.

Can we repay you on Monday? I have seen the check - it is in the main
office waiting to be signed, so I can get it to you Monday. The
problem, I am told, is that the district can't release the check without
the paperwork.
