• Registration opens: March 10
• Submission deadline: March 17
• Decisions announced: March 21
• Registration closes: March 30
• Colloquium: April 5

All deadlines are at 11:59pm EDT (GMT-5).
Please note that the deadline is NOT in AOE time; it is set for midnight Eastern Time. (Additionally, Daylight Saving Time begins on March 9, 2025.)
