Masakazu Ito - Japan Earthquake Benefit Concert

DENVER, Colo., Sunday, October 2, 2011 – Masakazu Ito will perform a
benefit concert for earthquake victims in Japan, featuring works by
Takemitsu, Yocoh, Yoshimatsu, Domeniconi, Barrios, and others.

All proceeds will go to Japan Red Cross to assist earthquake victims.

VIP tickets provide entry to the post-concert dessert reception and
speech by the Japanese Consulate General at Denver.

About Masakazu Ito:

Masakazu Ito is recognized as one of today's top guitarists, acclaimed
by musicians, composers, conductors and critics for his mastery of the
instrument and its repertoire. Ito is an international performer,
teacher, composer and recording artist. He currently holds a teaching
position at the University of Denver's Lamont School of Music, where
he received a master's degree under the guidance of Ricardo Iznaola.
