MASA: Apologies for the multiple emails [Disculpas por los correos electronicos multiples]

Apparently Google servers was having some issues and all email send to our mailing list were not sent out at the time sent out, creating multiple copies of the same email.

Aparentemente el servicio de la red de internet de Google tenía algunas dificultades en el correo electrónico afectando nuestro servicio.  Esta falla creo una cadena de correos múltiples.
