Support for Platform Unit Tests

I've updated Masa to be able to handle the platform unit tests and instrumentation. There is a plugin that will allow you to run the tests on the emulator as part of the build. I put together some limited docs, but it should be enough to get everyone started: http://code.google.com/p/masa/wiki/GettingStarted. Any questions just hit the list with them.
