Fixes for Issues 4, 15, 16, 17

Hi guys!

I have fixed the finalName issue (Issue 4) and three others.

Because I'm new to the Masa project, I of course don't have commit
rights to the trunk. Therefore I would like to ask Shane or Charlie,
to please apply the patches I attached to each issue. Thanks!

In the meantime, for the impatient of us who urgently need to use the
fixed version, I have merged all fixes on https://launchpad.net/masa
and deployed an "UNOFFICIALLY-FIXED-SNAPSHOT" version of the Masa
plugins. Usage instructions for the "UNOFFICIALLY-FIXED-SNAPSHOT" are
here:
http://alternative-m2-repository.googlecode.com/

Thanks for the vote of confidence Shane, in making me project member!
I have now merged all my fixes into trunk here in the Masa project at
googlecode, and will continue working directly in trunk with future
fixes.

It would be nice to have a point release of Masa 1.0.1 real soon, so
I'd like to take the opportunity to ask Shane to make a small release
as soon as possible :)

In the meantime, my "UNOFFICIALLY-FIXED-SNAPSHOT" release will be kept
in perfect sync with trunk. Anyone who wants to use the very latest
fixes from trunk can still follow instructions at
http://alternative-m2-repository.googlecode.com/

If anyone can find a problem with any of the fixes, please don't
hesitate to ask on this list, or file an Issue at http://code.google.com/p/masa/issues/list
