Masa 1.9: Lint plugin and Android Library Support

I just deployed masa 1.9 to zapvine.org repo. I've added in support for a lint plugin and recently added support for android libraries. Information can be found on the wiki

If anyone is interested in testing and reporting bugs (or submitting patches), please do so. I'm using masa for my own projects, give me a holler and let me know if you are using it as well. It will help determine the direction of the project.
