All new features in Maven Android Plugin 2

Hi all Android developers!

I'm back :) with good news.

I have now implemented almost all the things I listed in my previous
post!

As I mentioned there, me and my colleagues need these features
urgently, so I need to work quite fast. To be able to do that, and to
be able to perform releases to you as we go along, we had to fork to a
new project:

All the bugfixing and feature goodness is in there.

I want to make it as easy as possible for you, both to use the plugin
and to contribute;

* Our first release is version 1.0.2 (I made a small mistake with
1.0.1 :). It's a straight clone of Masa trunk (to include the latest
unreleased bugfixes from here). It makes it extra easy to switch
between Maven Android Plugin v.1 and Masa.

* We have also started releasing alphas for 2.0.0, with all the
new features, bugfixes and changes. (2.0.0-alpha2 is already more
robust and works better than 1.0.2.)

* There is a mailing list, where I wish to hear your feedback on
goal names and config parameters. The alpha phase (right now!) is
specifically your chance to influence how things are named for the
entire 2.x series! This is important, and I hope that all you who are
interested in using a Maven plugin for Android, will speak about how
you want things to work! That's something I definitively count as
contributing to an Open Source project!

* Of course Maven Android Plugin continues to be developed out in
the open, under the Apache License 2.0. Anybody can contribute code to
the project! And everybody is welcome to join.
