Hi Everyone,
Is there a way to run Marzipano tool on the server as some kind of batch process. For example user uploads panoramas to the server and the automated process cuts them into multires and creates basic data file. I guess what I would need at least is the code that cuts the images and puts them in a right folder. Is this code open source?
Cheers,
Jakub

Hi Jakub,
This code has only been run on the browser and it is not open source, so it is not possible to use it for your use case.
If you just want to cut the image into tiles, you can probably use ImageMagick. However, if you want to project from an equirectangular projection into cubefaces, you will need something like Panotools' erect2cubic or the krpano tools' sphere2cube.
