Good afternoon! I took shots using Insta360 and saved the frames in a 2:1 aspect ratio in both JPG and JPEG formats. In the browser, everything displays correctly, but after exporting, I get a black screen. The images seem to be missing. I checked the root folder, and they are there, sliced into small squares and placed in folders. I tried opening them in different browsers, but it didn't work.

Hello Nurlan,

Option 1:
You have to run the tour on a webserver to display. (For example XAMPP is a free server to run on a local computer, just google it)

Option 2:
There is also a workaround if you have Chrome installed;
1) Close all Chrome instances
2) Right click the Chrome icon on the desktop and add the bold-text to the target field: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" -allow-file-access-from-files
3) Start the tour with the Chrome instance. It should work now.

Option 3:
Upload the zip to https://static.app/
This website lets you host a zip for free for 7 days. Quick way of trying out.
Although Option 1 + 2 are MUCH better.

Good luck!

greetings,
Joost

Also if you have node installed you can just do "npx serve ./" via the terminal

That static.app website is very useful.

I'd never heard of it before, so thanks Joost.

Good to see that we are all still keeping the marzipano community alive, if only on life support.
