Happy December Cru!

Check out these updates and announcements!

1. CRU- Come to Cru Thursday night at 8pm in Armory 0126! Mike Kelsey from McClean Bible Church will be speaking!

2. RADIATE- Join over 1,000 of your friends in D.C. for four days of community and growth in your relationship with God. Hear from great speakers, sing with talented bands, and reach out to a city in need of hope. Worship in the New Year December 28 - January 1st. Pay a $50 non-refundable deposit by Friday, December 5th to secure your Early Bird Pass of $199. For more details check out the Facebook group "RADIATE2014" and http://www.radiate2014.com/.

3. CRU CHRISTMAS PARTY- Come out to the Oakland basement on Friday, December 5th at 6:30 pm to celebrate Christmas with Cru! We'll be having a potluck dinner, raffling off Radiate scholarships, and watching Elf. Be sure to wear your ugliest Christmas sweater! 4. WOMEN'S TIME- Come to a very merry women's time brunch on Saturday, December 6th at 10am at Lindsay and David's house (8610 Laverne Drive, College Park MD). There will be a scarf exchange so bring a wrapped scarf that you like! Each community has been assigned food to share, so check out the facebook event for more details and to RSVP. 5. CRU BALL- Bring your Boos and Woos to the Cru Christmas Formal on Saturday, December 13th at 7pm in Nyumburu. This is a great event to bring your friends! If you are interested in helping to set up/decorate or clean up after the event please email Sarah....@Cru.org. 6. ADVENT CALENDAR- Merry Christmas month! Take some time each day this month to remember what Christmas is all about. Stephen Hunt created a wonderful Advent Guide for you to use this season! It's attached to this email; check it out!
