Parent Meeting Update

[APA MMET]

Hi All,
Please don't shoot me! The meeting for Tuesday is still on! And we
are looking forward to seeing you all there. HOWEVER, the students do
NOT need to attend this meeting! I repeat students do NOT need to
attend this meeting. We realized that if the students attend the
Tuesday night meeting we would have to meet in a larger room, the
studio just won't hold all of us. But all acceptable sites on campus
are booked for Tuesday evening.

So we are still holding our parent meeting Tuesday night in the MMET
classroom/studio for the PARENTS. The meeting will begin promptly at
7 PM. Mr. Knight will speak to the students or in some cases has
already spoken to some of the students in class.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL RECEIVE CREDIT TOWARDS YOUR VOLUNTEER HOURS FOR
ATTENDING THIS MEETING. So if the meeting goes for 90 minutes (lets
hope not! :-) ) then you will receive 90 minutes credit toward your
volunteer hour obligation.

We are covering A LOT of ground Tuesday night so please try to be
there. I understand if you can't, you can't! But please make every
effort.

Don't forget ---- PARENTS OF SENIORS --- there will be a brief
meeting, following the meeting :-) , regarding the trip to Liverpool
this Spring.
