Parent Meeting & By-Laws

[APA MMET]

Hello MMET,
Mary has finally finished the MMET By-Laws and has upoladed them to
the Google Groups "FILE" tab on our groups site. Please take a minute
to look them over because....................

Our next parent meeting TUESDAY OCTOBER 12TH AT 7 PM in the
MMET classroom/studio

we will be voting to approve those by-laws. We will also be voting to
approve our budget and have a full treasurer's reporting of Guild
funds at that time. I'm sure you all want to know how we plan on
spending your money! :-)
The last order of business will be to introduce the entire MMET
Executive Board and Committee Chairpersons since most of those little
stinkers skipped out on the first meeting! Mr. Knight will be on hand
that evening and he will most likely want to give us a quick update on
all the changes and progress of the newly formed MMET Department.

Our goal is to have you in and out of there in 40 minutes at the
longest! Diane and I will be on hand before and after the meeting to
chat and answer any questions or listen to any concerns that you may
have.

PARENTS OF SENIORS - there will be a quick meeting following the
regular parent meeting to discuss the Liverpool trip, so plan to stay
an extra 10 or 15 minutes. We do need to form a parent committee for
this trip so that will be our primary focus.
