The list aims to serve as a bulletin board to post notices of reviews published in Marx and Philosophy Review of Books, forthcoming events, conferences, brief reports of newly appeared books, and other matters that are relevant to the aims of the Marx and Philosophy Society, namely 'to encourage scholarly engagement with, and creative development of, the philosophical and foundational aspects of Marx's work (interpreted in a wide way).' The list is not intended as a discussion list.

Anyone, whether or not currently a member of the Society, can join the list by emailing the moderator. List members can post directly to the list.

The Marx and Philosophy Society / Review of Books email list is an "opt-in" mailing list. Members of the list have already given their consent to receiving notices as indicated above. The list is only accessible to members.
