Custom rom for rog phone 3 using both the stock ROM and parts of maru os

As said in the title I'm interested in attempting to use parts of maru os in the stock rom for the rog phone 3 as i want the Linux desktop functionality and tight integration between android and Linux, but I still want the great stock rom that asus provided as it has great features.

Would y'all be alright with me doing that? (I'll credit maru os along with any other parts I end up using)

Preetam is the owner of the project, but you would have to read the licenses. In the spirit of what has been done, I think you can reuse the code, but appart from that, I think you can do whatever you want.

if you do so, I would be interrested in seeing your repos, especially if you do it for more recents android versions.

I have lg v50s and want too make custom between stock and maru if i can't porting maru - in stock rom many features and want lost this

The team wants to make MaruOS modulable someday, but it is now as there are too many technical challenges that the team needs to resolve. The current approach of MaruOS is to flash the ROM and you lose your stock ROM features. Sorry about that.
