I would like to port this phone, not sure how porting the vendor blobs work... could have some help with that part...

I have tried to extract blobs and it helped me.

Seems your phone is not supported by LOS 16.
the post i have shared may not be very useful but you can get some idea.

Yeah Ik, but it can be ported. It used to run Android 8.1.

Try to build LOS16 for your phone by yourself, it's the first step to porting.
Post problems as you encounter them, we will try to help
