How can I start the web ui?

I am not familar with nodejs.

After `npm install`, I had tryed `npm start`, `glup serve` and `glup serve-build`. But it still not work.

polymer serve works sometimes, or python -m SimpleHTTPServer. anything, really. It's just serving flat files out of the web directory
