Dear Earl,

The EQT Foundation board of directors recently met and we are pleased to inform you that we have approved your request and will award your organization a $5,000.00 grant for the Mountaineer Area RoboticS (MARS) request as stated in your proposal. Award payment for this grant will be sent directly to your offices in the coming days.

Please recognize that this is a one-time award, and not a pledge of continued support into the future.

In approximately nine months you will receive an email notification to complete a grant evaluation report using EQT’s online system. Please note that failure to complete an evaluation will result in your organization not being eligible for future funding considerations.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you need anything from the Foundation (logo, coordination of press releases, advertisements, etc), or if additional information on our processes/policies is needed. In addition, whenever possible and as schedules permit, we welcome the opportunity to see the program in action. Please contact me to schedule.
