OPR folks, please sign up if you would like to be involved in the
planning and let me know if you have. This is one of those things that
it would be great if OPR took over and just told me when and where I
have to be with a robot.

Greetings earthlings,

Your team(s) have expressed interest in participating in the Pirates
STEAM day (name pending), and many of you expressed interest in planning
this event. We are preparing to have our first brainstorming session.
The first step is to determine a date and time. Included in this email
is a WhenIsGood survey created for this purpose. If you are interested
in participating we highly encourage you to fill out this form as soon
as possible.

This brainstorming session will include information about the event,
brainstorming what can be done, what teams want to bring, and what teams
want to do. All ideas produced in this session will be condensed and
presented to the Pirates to determine what can be done and logistics needs.

We encourage as many students as want to participate in the planning.

Please use the WhenIsGood survey to indicate when you are available for
a virtual planning meeting.
