MARRS dates

I just sent this email out from a list that Vinny gave me for drivers that ran ITB this year. Some of you weren’t on his list so I’m repeating it with this MARRS ITB group mailing. Those of you who have received this twice, please disregard.

All,
I was on the competition committee meeting last week representing you guys. Lots of not so great news about entry fees, worker camping, Betty Harrison retiring, schedules and groupings. It is now official that ITA will run with ITS & ITB.
There will only be 4 MARRS races at Summit Point: 4/20-21, 6/8-9, 7/20-21 & 8/31-9/2. Only date that Summit Point had available for us in October conflicted with the Runoffs so no October race at Summit.
Instead, on the NEDIV schedule, Watkins Glen had two Regionals 6/29-30 and 8/17-18 and the committee is asking the drivers if they want a MARRS race at Watkins and which date.
The Out of Region MARRS races are: VIR 5/4-5, NJMP 5/25-26, NJMP 10/19-20.
As an aside, Charlie Broring is suggesting an IT-B luncheon gathering in January in Bethesda. Anyone want to come?
