yet another pandaboard root fs

Just as Marmita for the beagleboard [1], I started to build a minmal rootfs
for the pandaboard, but right now oriented to test different javascript
engines. For now only v8 javascript engine hit the built.

The image, such as Marmita, is based on Angstrom/OE.dev.
