I have posted SC 2.8.1, which fixes issues with the repairing of file ownership when you choose Correct Home Directory Ownership or Set Custom Permissions. Permissions were being set properly (who can Read and/or Write), but ownership of the files was not always being set properly.

There seems to be an issue with filtering that will cause duplicate characters to appear in the filter window if you type quickly. I am looking into this. It does not seem to be happening on every computer, and seems to be largely related to Intel based servers, but that may just be anecdotal. In the meantime please be patient, you can simply delete the extraneous characters and if you consistently have the problem, try typing slower until I get a fix in place. Thanks.
