I have posted an update to Server Cleanup, which you should get a prompt for next time you launch it. I fixed some small bugs and it is starting to look like I can take the "rc" out of the version soon. Thanks to everyone who has reported bugs/issues.

Server Cleanup 3.0rc6

Fixed a problem with cache deletion/redirection for OmniWeb and Google Earth. 
Removed some verbosity from the logs when deleting/redirecting caches, so it should not come up twice in the logs anymore. It was only running once, just reporting it twice.
