Low $100k's + 10% -20% bonus
For Supply Chain Analytics Firm - western burb - Chicago
Relo allocation; must be US Citizen, PR, Green Card or TN Visa Holder

This multi-faceted position is responsible to lead and provide hands-
on support to International Promotions Leadership's (IPL) services
being implemented globally - specifically related to Project
Leadership and Business Process Leadership. It is both a Project
Management and business process role. Role will be responsible for
identifying benchmark/best practices for new business brought into the
company; setting up processes and technologies to be chosen to support
these new business accounts. This will include: Leading the cross-
functional project implementation teams; Establishing and facilitating
team meetings; Facilitating the development of the project goals and
objectives; Developing and managing a comprehensive implementation
timeline; Preparing meeting agendas and written status updates;
Managing deliverables and issue resolution; Identifying and
implementing standard options (process and technology) that drive
efficiencies between geographic zones; Ensuring implementation of the
global IT vision and plan; Act as the process and technology conduit
between zones; Provide forecasting and volume planning process
expertise to future zone implementations; In the project leadership
role - document high level process flow diagrams that support new
business initiatives and ensure detailed process documentation is
developed by the project team.
Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of related business
experience and a Bachelor's degree in business (or related field of
study). MBA preferred. Must have a proven track record in the areas of
project management, process management, business analysis skills,
leadership and analytical problem solving. Strong skills also needed
in the following competencies: multi-tasking, prioritizing,
organization, negotiations, communications and team participation.
Client relationship management, food service industry and logistics/
supply chain experience are all desired. Must be able to travel
approximately 20-30% each month; including international travel.
