You are presently a seasoned customer service manager looking for
upward mobility and increasing responsibility. You have a Bachelor's
Degree in Marketing or Business Administration Diploma with 3-5 years
experience in a managerial business environment. Two years experience
in the service industry is preferred.
Kindly indicate in your covering letter the experience you have
providing customer care responsibilities including in-house service
training, conducting customer surveys, liaising between management and
administrative employee groups, managing a customer database, and
monitoring customer satisfaction. Additional information is required
regarding your experience with the control of promotional
expenditures, preparation of newsletters and special events, and the
execution of marketing materials, strategies, and projects.
Familiarity with website administration and general business
communication should be indicated.
